lately ive been writing lots of kid type poems,having a blast doing it.

Engelbert The Cat

Engelbert was a cat
he was black as coal
and he was a wee bit naughty
because he always stole
in his night time wanderings
around our neighbourhood
things had disappeared
from places he has stood
now you may think its funny
but not to the lady from next door
for Engelbert stole all her left socks
shes now only got right ones in her drawer
rags slippers and scarves
and today he bought home a hat
this is the life of living with
a kleptomania cat

True story,hope you get a laugh out of it.
told off the cuff,so a few mistakes.
i love doing these rambles but they are neither songs or poems
so have put it under chats forum. 

ive got this song,but for the life of me i cant seem to put it together.
ive tried a few different progressions/feels/styles but with no good result.
usually when a song comes it comes with all this already there.
if anyone can sort this for me id be thankful.

and in a mess
ive done this
i must confess

and screams of bloody pain
i can remember
so i wont drink drive again
so now i put
my drinks on a tab
when im drunk
i catch a cab
