great poem Peatle,you gave me an idea.

i was standing at the bus stop
everyone had their heads down
and i wondered
is there something on the ground
then i realised they were all looking at their phones
i had to laugh,when i looked again
because im living in the past still using a pen
although i had to confess to this tech bunch
my phone was at home
id used it to post an exciting selfie
of me and my lunch

its great to have a challenge,a reason to write a song.
but with 2 mths gone by now,i haven`t had reason to write something.
and of course i love hearing what others have come up with.

you seem to do it all the time
your brain must be on overdrive
but at least you know you`re still alive
theres people who never wrote a word
i guess they`re worried it would be a turd
emitting a foul smell
like dogs....   stuck on your shoe
but hey it makes a great glue
cause if you try to get it off
you know it dont come easy
you dont have to shout or leap about
